RESERVATION PROCESS
🐾 Golden Gems Puppy Application & Information Guide 🐾
Thank you for your interest in a Golden Gems puppy! We are committed to placing our puppies in loving, responsible homes and look forward to helping you find your perfect companion. Please read the information below carefully before submitting your application.

Step 2: Your application will be reviewed within 72 hours.
Please note: Submitting an application does not reserve a puppy.
🐶 Puppy Reservation Process
Once your application is approved, you’ll be placed on a wait list, depending on litter availability.
When a litter (pregnancy) is confirmed, you’ll be notified and may secure a puppy with a $500 deposit. Deposit is non-refundable after 48 hours and is applied toward the total puppy price.
Once they are born, if a puppy of your preferred sex is not available, your deposit may roll over to the next available litter.

📅 Puppy Selection & Pickup
Puppy selection takes place when the puppies are 6 weeks old, in the order deposits are received — first deposit gets first pick, second gets second pick, and so on. No visits are allowed before the official selection day.
Once your deposit is submitted and approved, we will reach out to schedule your in-person visit. Scheduling begins shortly before the puppies turn 6 weeks old. All visits take place at 6 weeks of age.
You can follow the litter’s growth and weekly updates on Instagram and Facebook — we love sharing their progress with you!
Puppies are ready to go to their new homes at 8 weeks of age. Please note that pickup is in person only — we do not ship puppies. Puppies must be paid in full before going home.
If you’re on a waitlist for a future litter, you’ll be notified once that litter is confirmed.
While we do our best to honor your male or female preference, we cannot guarantee gender availability.

Copy of Pedigree
All puppies are sold on a spay/neuter contract, unless otherwise specified in writing.
We reserve the right to retain any puppy for our breeding program.
